How do check-in and check-out work?

With your booking you'll get an email asking you to check in online. Once that's done and the booking is paid, we'll send you your room code at midday on your arrival day — by email and text. Because access works via your own personal code, you can never lock yourself out or lose a key. Your room is ready from 3 p.m., and the code stays valid until 11 a.m. on your departure day. To check out, just switch off the lights and slide the door indicator on the outside to green, so housekeeping knows. If anything goes wrong, give us a call — we'll help right away, 24/7.

How much do the rooms cost?

Single rooms start from just 60 € per night. You pay per room, not per person. Anyone who's stayed with us knows: TIN INN is worth every cent.

Travelling with kids — what does that cost?

We don't charge per person. If children share the bed, there's no extra charge. We don't offer extra beds, but the Comfort rooms have space for a travel cot you bring along. Heads up: there are no lifts — the Comfort rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor.

When you book. Since we're 100% digital and have no reception, payment has to be made BEFORE you arrive — otherwise our system can't assign you a room code on your arrival day.

We rely on recycling and renewable raw materials — in construction, in the interiors and in day-to-day operations. Used containers cut the energy needed for manufacturing considerably, and the high degree of prefabrication reduces dirt, noise and building waste. How are the rooms equipped?

There are single and double rooms, all with box-spring beds. Doubles are 25 m², singles 12 m². Every room has a bathroom with toilet, shower & hairdryer, a fridge & coffee machine (we keep them stocked), a smart TV, anti-allergy pillows & duvets, a wardrobe, shower toiletries and a mirror. Plus a table with chair(s), also great for working remotely.

XXL beds for long sleepers, with a box-spring build and a topper. Standard: 0.90 × 2.10 m, Standard Plus: 1.20 × 2.10 m, Comfort: 2.10 × 2.10 m — plenty of room for your head and feet.

Yes, every room has a smart TV with free-to-air channels and the option to use your own streaming services (over 2,000 of them). All you need to connect is your smartphone or tablet.

As much as we love dogs — out of consideration for guests with allergies or fears, pets aren't allowed in our hotels. To keep it fair for everyone, we don't make exceptions.

Of course — stable and free. You'll get the password with your booking. Every room has its own access point, so the connection stays great even at locations a bit further out.

Is smoking allowed in the room?

All our hotels are non-smoking — smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere in the building. If this rule is broken, we unfortunately have to charge a 150 € cleaning fee.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

When you arrive, your room is always freshly cleaned. After that, it's up to you: slide the indicator on the outside of the door to green before 11 a.m. = cleaning please, red = skip it today. Good for the planet.
