From our headquarters in Wassenberg, we're seriously shaking up the construction and hotel industries. We turn used shipping containers into digital, sustainable hotels for mid-sized towns — and run them ourselves, too. Every month new potential hotel sites land on our desk — and that's exactly where you come in!

- ✓ Checking the building-law feasibility of potential sites for our container hotels
- ✓ Preparing complete building applications independently (site plans, construction drawings, calculations, written sections, application forms)
- ✓ Preparing drainage applications (site plans, construction drawings, calculations, texts, application forms)
- ✓ Communicating with authorities on your own
- ✓ Developing detailed solutions
- ✓ Drawing utility-line plans
- ✓ A completed degree in architecture or, if applicable, training as a building technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- ✓ A careful way of working and solid knowledge of the relevant technical and legal building regulations and guidelines
- ✓ Confident handling of the relevant software (ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office etc. would be perfect)
