Draughtsperson (m/f/d)
From our headquarters in Wassenberg, we're seriously shaking up the construction and hotel industries. We turn used shipping containers into digital, sustainable hotels for mid-sized towns — and run them ourselves, too. Every month new potential hotel sites land on our desk — and that's exactly where you come in!

- ✓ Creating 3D construction drawings
- ✓ Creating detailed execution plans (steel construction, furniture, bathroom planning etc.)
- ✓ Maintaining and updating existing drawings
- ✓ Maintaining and updating cutting lists, quantity take-offs and the like
- ✓ Creating building-application documents (e.g. site plans, drainage plans and fire-safety plans)
- ✓ Creating escape and rescue route plans
- ✓ Creating fire-brigade plans
- ✓ Creating utility-line routing plans
- ✓ Completed training as a technical draughtsperson, construction draughtsperson, technical product designer (m/f/d) or similar
- ✓ A fan of 3D drawing and confident with the relevant software (ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office etc. would be perfect)
- ✓ You work independently, are team-oriented and committed
- ✓ Alongside technical understanding, you also bring a good sense of spatial awareness
