We turn used shipping containers into digital, sustainable hotels for mid-sized towns — and run them ourselves, too. - ✓ Maintaining the purchasing-relevant master data in the ERP system
- ✓ Obtaining quotes, negotiating terms and prices
- ✓ Order planning in the ERP system, monitoring and coordinating orders, changes and deliveries
- ✓ Checking and approving incoming invoices, complaints and returns
- ✓ Evaluating price analyses and developing supplier key figures
- ✓ Receiving and checking deliveries
- ✓ Successfully completed commercial training
- ✓ You enjoy negotiating good deals
- ✓ You love digital workflows and optimisations
- ✓ Ideally you already have experience with an ERP system — or are keen to get up to speed quickly
- ✓ MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, is no new territory for you
- ✓ You communicate clearly, in a friendly and dependable way — with production, administration and external partners
- ✓ Organisation comes naturally to you, and you keep an overview even with several parallel topics
- ✓ Your written and spoken German should be confident
